  2. Buat bahan ragi jika berbuih langsung campur ke adonan, jika tidak silahkan ganti ragi baru biar roti tidak bantat. Mixer hingga rata dan setengah kalis 5 menit. Diamkan 5 menit supaya mixer ga terlalu panas takut jebol #curhat.



  3. Masukan butter mixer hingga kalis elastis dan resting selama 30 menit.



  4. Setelah mengembang bagi adonan jd 2 dan beri pasta. Timbang sekitar 20gr atau sesuaikan selera..



  5. Isi dan tata di loyang. Poles dengan susu dan taburi tepung. Panaskan oven suhu 170-180 selama 6-7menit sebelum memanggang.



  6. Panggang selama 15 menit, 10 menit api bawah dan 5 menit api atas jika ingin atasnya agak coklat. Jika mau atasnya warna asli tutup pakai foil dan panggang pakai api bawah saja.
