  1. Anda membutuhkan dari 🌾Bahan I :.

  12. Anda membutuhkan 100 ml dari susu cair.

  13. Kemudian 1 sdm dari maizena.

  14. Persiapkan 1/2 sdt dari baking powder.

Cara Mebuat Chiffon cake nangka




  1. Nangka dan susu cair blender,sisihkan.campur tepung terigu,maizena dan baking powder aduk rata sisihkan..



  2. Kocok kuning telur dan gula sampai gula larut pk whisk aja,tambahkan blenderan nangka tadi,tambahkan minyak goreng aduk lg..



  3. Masukan campuran tepung,aduk rata pake whisk..



  4. Bahan I : mixer putih telur,garam dan air jeruk lemon sampai berbusa.masukan gula pasir secara bertahap/3x tuang,mixer sampai soft peak..



  5. Tuang adonan I ke adonan II secara bertahap,aduk balik pake spatula sampai rata tp jangan over mix ya ntar bantet😅.



  6. Tuang di loyang khusus chiffon ukuran 20,ketukan beberapa x.baru panggang sampai matang di suhu 170 derajat kurleb 50-60 menit sesuaikan oven masing2😉.
