Langkah-langkah Pembuatan Japanese Milk Bread aka Japanese Pillow Bread




  1. Campur tepung, gula, dan ragi jadi satu, masukkan bahan cair, aduk dg sendok ata mikser hingga setengah kalis.



  2. Setelah itu masukkan mentega dan garam uleni hingga kalis elastis, bagi 4 bulatan, biarkan mengembang dua kali lipat.



  3. Kempiskan adonan dan bagi bagi lagi kemudian isi dg bahan isian, taruh di loyang yg sudah diapisi kertas baking, biarkan mengembangd.



  4. Panaskan oven 180 dercel, Setelah mengembang baru taburi dg tepung terigu menggunakan ayakan agar merata, fungsinya agar roti tdk kisit dan kokoh saat di oven.



  5. Oven dg suhu 150 derajat celciusseama 25 mnt atau sampai matang sesuaikan dg oven masing2. Setelah matang keluarkan dari oven dan sajikan hangat, jika tidak hbs bisa di bungkus pastik agar tetap lembut.
