  1. Persiapkan 275 gr dari tepung protein tinggi.

  2. Persiapkan 25 gr dari susu bubuk.

  3. Anda membutuhkan 40 gr dari gula pasir halus (ex: gulaku).

  4. Anda membutuhkan 1 sdt dari ragi instan (pastikan msh aktif).

  5. Persiapkan 200 ml dari susu cair dingin.

  6. Anda membutuhkan 35 gr dari mentega putih (boleh diganti margarin/butter).

  7. Anda membutuhkan sedikit dari Garam.

  8. Kemudian dari Perwarna makanan.

Langkah-langkah Pembuatan Japanese Milk Bread dengan Baking Pan




  1. Campur tepung terigu dan susu bubuk lalu ayak.. tambahkan gula dan ragi aduk jadi satu.. masukan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni sampai kalis, masukan mentega dan garam uleni sampai kalis elatis.



  2. Bagi adonan menjadi 4 bagian.. lalu beri warna.. ulenin sampai rata lalu bulatkan dan diamkan sampai mengembang 2x lipat (saya 30 menit).



  3. Setelah mengembang bagi masing adonan menjadi 4 bagian.. kalau mau diisi bisa di Gilas dlu lalu dibulatkan tapi kalau td mau diisi langsung dibulatkan dan tata di baking pan.. baking pan dioles dg mentega terlebih dahulu.



  4. Setelah ditata biarkan mengembang 2x lipat lalu atasnya ditaburi tepung protein sedang.. panaskan alas baking pan terlebih dahulu sebelum memanggang roti.. gunakan api kecil.



  5. Panggang lebih kurang 45-60 menit.. sambil diliat jangan sampai gosong.. kalau atasnya udh keras berarti udh masak…
