  6. Simpan kembali adonan tutup dengan lap basah agar tetap lembab, diamkan selama 15 menit.



  7. Setelah itu, tekan rata adonan dan bulatkan kembali, isi sesuai selera. Saya yang putih diisi coklat meises, yang merah keju. Sebaiknya permukaan bulatannya rapi, supaya cantik hasil akhirnya, punya saya masih ga rapi 😅.



  8. Taruh adonan di loyang ukuran 20×20 atau 18×18 lalu tutup dengan plastik wrap sampai mengembang lagi 2 kali lipat, sekitar 30-40 menit – ini fermentasi kedua.



  9. Panaskan oven 180 derajat, lalu sebelum masuk loyang turunkan ke suhu 150 derajat. Taburi tepung terigu dengan ayakan, lalu masukkan loyang dan panggang selama 17-20 menit (kenali oven masing masing).
