Cara Mebuat Japanese Milk Bread




  1. Siapkan wadah, masukan tepung terigu, gula halus, ragi lalu mix dan masukan susu cair secara perlahan sambil di mix. (untuk susu cair nya dikira2 yahh antara 165/170ml).
    uleni adonan sampai setengah kalis.



  2. Sudah setengah kalis, masukan mentega putih dan garam. kembali uleni hingga kalis elastis.

  4. Rounding dan proofing adonan selama 30menit/sesuaikan.
    jika sudah kempeskan dan bagi adonan sesuai selera. saya bagi per adonan nya 50gr. kemudian isi dengan selai coklat.



  5. Susun pada loyang yang sudah dialasi kertas roti. proofing kembali hingga mengembang selama 30 menit/sesuaikan..



  6. Taburi tepung tipis2 dipermukaan roti (tipis2 saja yahh ini saya kebanyakan đŸ˜‚).



  7. Masukan oven yang sudah dipanasi terlebih dahulu. oven dengan suhu 165°/sesuaikan dengan oven masing2 selama 15 menit.
