  3. Jika suhu cokelat sudah mulai dingin dan sama dengan suhu ruang, kocok telur dan gula (bisa dengan mixer ataupun whisk) sampai sedikit mengembang.



  4. Campur kocokan telur dan cokelat, lalu masukan ayakan tepung dan cokelat bubuk, aduk dengan spatula.



  5. Panggang di suhu 180°C api atas &bawah sekitar 30 menit.
